Statistics and Methodology Course

A two and half day training course to teach trainees basic knowledge in biomedical studies. The Course complements the established Medical Writing Course held each year which teaches trainees how to write and present articles in different formats. This course is designed to teach trainees basic knowledge in biomedical statistics, study design and grant application. It includes international faculty with interactive seminars and presentations with hands on exposure to each trainee under the supervision of expert tutors.

Trainees will be provided with tools to set up clinical and experimental trials and retrospective studies.  The course will teach trainees to understand the technical vocabulary to communicate with professional statisticians and methodologists.
