- The membership fee structure of ESTS changed in 2007
From 2007, ESTS membership fees were related to the average per capita income of the country in which they practice. These are defined each year by the World Bank and are used to create three categories: low middle-income countries, high middle-income countries and high income countries.
Membership 2011: € 50 for members practicing in the following countries:

Membership 2011: € 210 for members practicing in all other countries.
