ESTS Database – Registration Form

Each participating centre must appoint a Unit Database Leader.

The Unit Database Leader is responsible for:

  • coordinating data submission;
  • performing batch data upload (Unit Leader only);
  • registering additional users from the same centre;
  • acting as the main contact for ESTS Database access.

 

To start the process, the Unit Database Leader should complete the registration form below.

After verification by the ESTS Office, approved Unit Database Leaders will receive REDCap access credentials. Once inside REDCap, they will be able to register other users from their centre.

Other users will have access to the platform for data entry (EDC only) and will not be able to upload batch data.

Please note: this form is only for the Unit Database Leader. Individual users should not complete this form independently.
