Exercises sitting down
Exercise 1
These exercises should be repeated, at least, three times a day. There is no upper limit of repetitions.

We raise the arms extended above the head taking air through the nose and then we lower them by releasing the air through the mouth.

Raise the shoulders.

Lift the feet, resting on the fingers. Go down heels afterwards.

Stretch your legs, taking air through your nose and lower them by letting go. the air through the mouth. Alternate legs.

Raise the legs with the knee bent, exhaling air through nose. Lower the legs blowing the air through the mouth
Exercise 2
These exercises should be repeated, at least, three times a day. There is no upper limit of repetitions.

With the arms at 90º in front of the body, we open them taking air through the nose and return to the initial position releasing air through the mouth.

We raise the arms to the height of the shoulders, and we do circles with them stretched.

With your hands at your waist, bring the trunk to one side and the other.

Leaning on a stand, separate one leg to one side and another.

Leaning on a stand, alternately bending the legs.
-
Leaning on a stand, raise your feet resting on the fingers, then return to the starting position.
